We currently have one litter born and two litters due at this moment. Due to the high demand of our puppies, it is recommended that you’d consider joining our paid waitlist. This will better your chances with having the opportunity of purchasing a puppy from River Region Yorkies. To secure a spot on my waitlist, there is a $100 spot deposit.
Note: Waitlist does not apply for currently available puppies, only for future litters.
After the puppies are born. You will be able to choose which puppy you’d like. If a puppy isn’t born of the gender/ color that you’d like. Then you can be applied to the next litter. If a puppy isn’t produced. You can be applied to the next litter. A refund might be given.
After you choose your puppy, the remaining of the deposit will be due. Deposits are $500 and you will have 24 hrs to pay before automatically forfeiting your puppy. The total prices will be set at birth, they will range from $3500-$6k. For any questions, please feel free to ask.

Gypsie is a striking KB black sable female carrying chocolate and parti. Her conformation and physical balance are outstanding, and she has consistently produced some of the finest puppies in my program. She is bred to Wilbur. • ⁃ Wilbur is a beautiful Super dark Traditional stud, that carries recessive black, chocolate, and parti. His structure is out of this world. His mother was imported from Russia, pre-war. He’s has man Russian champion up and down his pedigree. He’s has never sired a puppy less than exceptional.

Whisper is a beautiful AKC traditional, she carries parti. She has the most amazing personality Velcro-like personality with a nice solid, compact build with the shortest legs ever that make her sit low to the ground. She is special in my program because she’s is one of my original line of yorkies that that started it all. She is bred to Maverick. Maverick is our extreme baby doll chocolate stud that carries blonde and parti. Maverick is has given me some of my tiniest babies. Regal & Mochi’s Litter
Born January 21, 2026.
Regal is a 2 year old dark traditional parti Yorkie that carries the chocolate gene. she also has two copies of the melanistic masking gene, which on further adds to the minimalist tan points. This will be her very first litter. She is bred to Mochi. Mochi is our extreme baby doll, Korean lineage, stud. Mochi is an extreme dark Traditional (no greying) that carries Chocolate. He has big beautiful eyes that are set far apart. He also carries two copies of the melanistic masking gene, meaning that these puppies will likely be rich in dark blacks, and also chocolates.

Delicious & Wilbur’s Litter

Delicious is a deep dark chocolate female carrying parti. She product of my own program from 2024. Father by my Korena lineage male, Mochi. She has the most expressible, large, and round eyes, accompany by beauty baby doll- boxy face. She is bred to Wilbur. Wilbur is a beautiful Super dark Traditional stud, that carries recessive black, chocolate, and parti. His structure is out of this world. His mother was imported from Russia, pre-war. He’s has man Russian champion up and down his pedigree. He’s has never sired a puppy less than exceptional.
Faith & Mochi’s Litter

Faith is our Traditional girl, imported from Poland. She has the most short, compact body frame out of all of our girls in my program, paired with a thick luscious coat that grows all the way to the grown. Her facial structure is superior when compared to the typical Yorkshire terrier, thanks to her polish roots. She is bred to Mochi. Mochi is our extreme baby doll, Korean lineage, stud. Mochi is an extreme dark Traditional (no greying) that carries Chocolate. He has big beautiful eyes that are set far apart. He also carries two copies of the melanistic masking gene, meaning that these puppies will likely be rich in dark blacks, and also chocolates.
